Health and well-being

We seek the well-being both of our employees and all of the people involved in our operations throughout our entire value chain, and we support them to improve and maintain their health.

We offer our employees the best conditions to stay on top of their health and we get behind measures that reflect our commitment in all of our relationships with those involved in our activities.

Emotional Well-Being Program

Stress and anxiety trigger adaptive responses to environmental demands that result in physiological, neurohormonal, and immunity changes. When this reaches high-intensity levels, when it persists or when it is disproportionate to the extent of the stress factor, it's time to intervene.

We have a series of programs to help you manage your emotional well-being. We assess and reassess psychosocial risk factors and provide you with the tools for better managing stress, such as mindfulness and relaxation methods. We also hold talks and workshops on managing emotional well-being.

Heart-Health Program

Risk prevention and control form the basis of cardiovascular health. Heart disease is the number one cause of death in many countries. Every year, more people die from heart-related illnesses than from any other cause.

At Repsol, we are committed to heart health, which is why we encourage physical exercise and offer programs to combat a sedentary lifestyle, foster good nutrition and help better manage psychosocial-work risk factors. We also monitor the main indicators by conducting health check-ups and ad hoc medical consultations.

Other programs

Cancer appears when cells start growing out of control. The cancer cells continue to grow and form new cells that displace healthy cells.

These other programs are about creating awareness of addictive substances, cancer prevention, and above all, promoting health and well-being among all stakeholders.
